Today we sit down with Lee Chambers, Founder of Essentialise to discuss mental health, wellbeing and stress management. COVID and the subsequent lockdown have caused all of us to experience some form of anxiety and new types of stress. It's important to understand that we're not alone and to see that there are tangible ways to deal with unforeseen circumstances that may be hard to navigate on our own. We discuss Lee's own life struggles and how he found strength and resilience to fight against an autoimmune disease that caused him to lose the ability to walk before the arrival of his newborn baby, and how that experience gave him the confidence to start his own business helping others. Lee is a genuinely kind person that truly cares about the wellbeing of all others, he puts that into practice every day and it was a pleasure to speak with him.
