Welcome back to the Blk & Blu podcast! This week, Kyle is joined by former Green Beret and founder of Alpha Country Training & Nutrition, Spencer Lewis. They discuss his life growing up, what led him to join Special Forces, and starting Alpha Country in 2021.

Next, Spencer shares his early successes in high school sports, how he became motivated to join the Army, and what Ranger school taught him. They discuss facing adversity, and how important is to struggle- it's where you learn the most about yourself. They talk SFAS, team week, and Spencer's deployment to Afghanistan.

To wrap, Spencer explains his desire to start Alpha Country after getting out of the military.
