We affirmed authenticity over performing spiritual wholesomeness; embraced enjoying normal pleasures (beer, burgers) while practicing breathwork.Critique of “trauma field” gatekeepers and victim mindsets; transition away from pure trauma work toward business coaching and entrepreneurship was defended.

Forgiveness begins with self-forgiveness; the transgressor must do inner work before expecting external forgiveness.Differentiate between intuition and nervous system reactions; practice breathwork and nervous system regulation.Understand love languages and meet partner’s underlying needs (e.g., physical touch and acts of service).Hold curiosity and compassion when addressing harmful behavior — explore root causes (childhood, trauma, ADHD) rather than only blaming.Authenticity resonates more than performative spiritual “purity.”
