MAMA & MORE: Finding Body Confidence with Sarah Tripp

Nov. 2, 2020 - In this week’s episode, the girls kick off their MAMA & MORE series with the desert diva, Sarah Tripp, also known as Sassy Red Lipstick! She’s a self-proclaimed curvy girl who’s all about spreading body confidence to us mama’s and women!

The girls welcome her in studio and talk about so many great things - first about her journey as an OG blogger and then Instagram influencer. She has an eye for fashion and Sarah shares how that’s really where it all started. Her and her husband Robbie lead a fun and exciting life with their new baby boy Taz. The girls ask some hot topic questions about her and her husband, who’s a strong supporter or her curves and confidence. She bares it all during the chat, encouraging all women to forget about the number and learn to feel good in their own skin - something we’re still working at!

Sarah is a newer mom, so the girls have a blast chatting about some of those first year things - from body image to postpartum depression. She opens up and shares her struggle with postpartum and when she knew it was time to get help. She truly is a light!
