Okay stunners... we are officially stepping out of devotion and into emergence… and honestly? it feels equally as delicious 🤤

Happy Wellness Wednesday! 🦋 In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to colour yourself in... devotion throughout February was beautiful, and chance to recognise the unseen growth that continues throughout winter...

But now, as we recognise those subtle signs of spring, its time to stop living as a faint pencil sketch and start adding some actual pigment, not because you’re suddenly “fixed” or fully bloomed, but because you’re ready to be seen a little more.

I’m also sharing about the incredible International Women’s Day art campaign I took part in this weekend - being painted on, photographed semi-nude, standing there feeling like some sort of divine goddess haha. It was vulnerable, empowering, and such a kickstart into this new season.

With International Women’s Day on the 8th, it feels like the perfect time to talk about visibility, embodiment, and refusing to shrink yourself into black and white. This episode is your gentle nudge (or playful shove) to let yourself be as vibrant as you wish 💜
