Luke: Man VS. Wild - Luke 1:57-80

This week in Luke, we learn more about one of the most important biblical figures in the history of the world that is none other than John the Baptist. Born from Zechariah and Elizabeth as a man who wore a garment made of camel's hair and a leather belt around his waist with a locust-based diet, John the Baptist was someone who baptized Jesus and paved his way to be revealed as the Messiah of the world. Through his time in ministry, he left a legacy of glorifying the Son of God and left us with the famous words: "He must become greater, I must become less."
