She has held executive leadership roles in four industries: Education, Financial, Media, and Healthcare.

Pamela is the Managing Partner of Navigate Grief, through which she has supported clients through end-of-life discussions and decision-making and facilitated workshops on Living Deeply, Dying Well.

Dr. Steele is the author of Nights of Hunger: A Cocktail of Grief, Dreams and Dating for Old-Ass Women.
