A broke mindset sometimes compels you to work hard. 10. Keeping some properties into rentals can bring in significant cash flows. 11. Live life on your terms, and don’t let anyone or anything dictate your life. 12. Don’t try. Do it. 13. Master one first before scaling. 14.
