In this week's episode we are talking about what is worth the pain to you. You may feel like you want something, but how bad? How much discomfort are you willing to go through for it? If it's not the amount that is probably necessary for it, that's ok! That may just mean that that's not your thing. Find something you are willing to sacrifice some comfort today for an amazing tomorrow and you'll be glad you did. (00:36)

In Office Talk, we are going through my practice's priorities: 1. dry eye 2. optical. We are making great headway and progress on making dry eye the center of what we do and now it's time to add in the optical. The changes that were made in the crazy time of Covid are just not holding up anymore and it's time to update and pivot our strategy with our optical. There are some areas we are doing great in and others where we could definitely improve. Let's make it happen! (15:08)
