Finding an accountant, broker, lawyer, etc. are all important things but as far as the nuts and bolts of your actual practice. Make sure you think these 5 things through before starting anything else. This is a short list as there are many other things that will need to be thought out, but this will be a good starting point.

In Office Talk, we are talking through how to make my optical a destination again. Pre-covid we had a memorable and impressive selection of brands and frames. During covid everything was tightened down and a lot of board space went to consignment frames. Things haven't bounced back to their former glory yet so that is the new mission while at Expo West this year!
