Gender Pay Gap reporting the Right way...with Anthony Horrigan

Gender Pay Gap reporting the Right way...with Anthony Horrigan

On this episode, Grace Mosuro is joined by Anthony Horrigan to discuss Gender Pay Gap reporting, why it's important and giving organisations some tips on getting ahead of their reports.

Anthony is the Founder and CEO of Spktral, one the the UK’s leading consultancies in pay analysis and advocacy. With a commitment to using audited data to uncover the root causes behind inequality, working with organisations to implement change, his passion for data-driven insights have shaped equitable decisions, communications and policies to foster diverse and inclusive workplaces.

A sought-after speaker, and pay gap specialist, Anthony drives conversations on global platforms, inspiring action for pay equity.

Anthony is passionate about the use of technology to empower organisations to create equal futures by giving them the tools to make better people decisions with their data. Having left a computing science degree early to pursue his dreams, Anthony served for 25 years as a navigator and then a Fighter Pilot in the Royal Air Force. In his spare time, when not upside down, he developed software tools for the RAF, one of which won him an award.
