Episode 145 - Induction: What You Should Know Before Saying Yes

Episode 145 - Induction: What You Should Know Before Saying Yes

In this episode of The Hypnobirthing Podcast, I’m talking all about induction, what it really means, why it might be offered, and what I believe every parent should know before making a decision.

Induction is one of the most common interventions in maternity care, and many people are offered it at some point during pregnancy. But something I hear time and time again is that parents didn’t fully understand what induction involved, or that they didn’t realise they had options.

So this episode is here to gently guide you through it.
