This Yoga Nidra episode designed with gentle presence to cradle and soothe a weary heart for anyone carrying heavy emotions.

The session moves through gentle breathwork and a progressive relaxation that softens the body and invites you to access your heart’s innate wisdom through a nurturing heart-swaddling visualization followed by a soothing sound activation. Through this practice, you are invited to create the conditions for mending and tending to your precious heart and all that it holds.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Preparation: Begin by settling into a comfortable position. Make sure you’re fully supported completely at ease.

  • Body Scan: Fall into relaxation with a short guided body scan

  • Heart Swaddling: Swaddle your heart in a sheath of nurturing light or soft cloth
  • Sound activation: Experience a soothing heart-centered sound vibration practice followed by music
  • Intention/Prayer/Manifestation: Allow an intention, prayer, or manifestation that resonates with your heart and soul to arise for you from this practice.
  • Externalization: Gradually transition back to your ordinary waking state and integrate the practice
