Sarah’s Story & How The 5D Podcast was Born

My hope is that these words water seeds that are ready to bloom in you, helping you realize your sovereignty and unlock any matrix-imposed prison you might feel trapped in. My spiritual awakening began with deep pain. After my grandmother’s death and a battle with major depression, I hit a breaking point—a suicide attempt. Not long after, I lost my sister when I was just 20. Those moments shattered me, but they also cracked me open. It was the beginning of a transformation.

I married at 33 but soon realized the relationship wasn’t healthy. My journey as a single mom began when my daughter was two. She’s now 14, and these years have been as challenging as they’ve been beautiful. Raising her while untangling myself from codependency, healing from trauma bonds, and stepping into my true self has been the deepest soul work I’ve ever done.

Spiritually, my path started in the Catholic Church, but it quickly expanded. I opened myself to a greater spiritual reality, diving into the New Age movement before discovering a deeper, more personal connection with God. Along the way, I studied A Course in Miracles, became a Reiki Master, completed a 500-hour yoga certification, and earned my master’s in counseling.

A year ago, I left my corporate job as a mental health counselor with an app, stepping fully out of the matrix. It’s been a wild ride, but the freedom I’ve found in creating a life aligned with my soul’s calling is worth every leap of faith.

This story isn’t just about my journey; it’s about the codes within it—codes to help you see your power, your freedom, your sovereignty. You are not stuck. The door isn’t locked. Will you use the key? Will you take the pill? The choice is yours.
