Delphi Murders: Full Panel on Richard Allen's Appeal

Richard Allen was convicted of murdering 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German near the Monon High Bridge trail in Delphi, Indiana. He's serving 130 years. His defense has appealed, raising serious questions about the search warrant, his confessions, and evidence the jury never heard. The Indiana Attorney General just filed their formal response. And defense attorney Bob Motta went through all of it with us.
