This episode is part of the Professionals A-Z who are using TikTok for Business (BizTok), where I discuss with Barbie the Welder on her incredible journey of becoming a welder in her 30's with zero artistic background, and no experience in business. She also shares her experience in using TikTok and becoming her most followed social media platform with over 70k followers.

Barbie battled with depression, and was voted less likely to be a good example. She turned this all around with the power of GRATITUDE!

Barbie was inspired to become a welder after watching the movie "Cast Away", staring Tom Hanks. She mentioned when she saw the short clip of the lady welding the angel wings something toucher her soul, and she knew this was it.

Not only has welding change Barbie's life it has also brought her incredible opportunities.

She was recently featured on The Kelly Clarkson Show - Season 2 Ep. 13
and the Today show were she was interviewed by Maria Shriver.

She created sculptures for Harley Davidson and presented them at the Full Throttle Saloon, not once but twice.

One of the most incredible things she has done was become an author. She said she struggled with school, and still spells phonetically, and never in a million years thought she would be an author. She has written 5 books and is working on her 6th now.
