U n’ I with Rashmi Shetty- Neena Verma

Our guest today is Dr. Neena Verma - an Appreciative Inquiry Expert; ‘Grief & Growth' Specialist; and Leadership, Team, and Life Coach.

Her ‘Grief & Growth’ practice that she began 15 years ago, found greater depths after the sudden demise of her elder son in 2014. She has since then devoted herself fully to counseling, coaching & companioning for ‘Grief Affirmation’, ‘Life-Purpose Clarity’, Resilience, and ‘Post-traumatic Growth’.

Neena combines Appreciative Inquiry, Meaning-reconstructive Grief Therapy, Logotherapy, Positive Psychology, Compassion-Focussed Therapy, Poetry, Writing & Arts to facilitate healing, resilience, and deep growth at individual, family, leadership, and team levels.

Neena has authored two books. Watch as she shares about Her recent book “Grief ~ Growth ~ Grace – A Sacred Pilgrimage” which is helping bereaved people as well as 'Grief & Growth' practitioners around the globe.

Neena also runs an independent library movement in the service of less privileged children.

An inspirational journey where Neena shares how the ups & downs of her life shaped her into who she is today.
