The month of May is observed as the Mental Health Awareness Month. A time to raise awareness of and reduce the stigma surrounding behavioral health issues, as well as to highlight the ways how mental illness and addiction can affect all of us – patients, providers, families, and society at large.

In keeping with this our guest today is Seema Rekha the Managing Director of Antarmanh Consulting Private Limited with wide experience in utilizing wellness solutions for business development and strategizing for several Fortune 500 companies across India, ASEAN, and UA.

Seema Rekha has also been awarded the Outstanding Leadership Award presented at Health 2.0 Conference held in Dubai in 2022. She is a passionate and versatile Management Consultant known for her kaleidoscopic approach to bringing comprehensive solutions to her client organizations. Her background from IIM Lucknow, Institute of Counseling (Glasgow, UK), European Management Consultancy, and TISS (Mumbai) highlighted the scope of advancement in areas such as employee well-being, psychological safety at the workplace, research, and organizational development strategies.

Her Research and Developmental approach aimed at improving the Organizational Health Index has proven to render sustainable results for client organizations. Her extensive research and result-driven work strengthen the vision which becomes the guiding light of her diverse team at Antarmanh.
