Thomas P. Seager, PhD is an Associate Professor in the School of Sustainable Engineering & the Built Environment at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. His teaching and research is focused on a new approach to personal development called Self-Actual Engineering, which is about redesigning ourselves, our relationships, and our lives to realize more of our fullest potential.
