Master Russell Dennis talks to The Dark Master

Master Russell Dennis is not someone I know very well. However, we have met and spoken on a few occasions, and my impression of him has always been he’s a really nice guy. That impression was reinforced when I spoke with him about his fascinating martial arts journey.

Master Dennis is unusual because many students make the transition from a traditional martial art like Taekwon-Do to the sport of kickboxing. Not many students, particularly those in the more mature category, go from conventional martial arts to MMA. Master Russell has done that, which is one reason I wanted to chat with him.
