During both NDEs, Riley describes traveling through a cosmic wormhole, receiving telepathic downloads of universal knowledge, reuniting with deceased loved ones, and hearing otherworldly music and trumpets.

During her second and more profound NDE, Riley recounts being in the direct presence of God — described as bigger than the cosmos yet intimately personal — sitting in his lap, watching him expand the universe, and being shown heaven, hell, and a vision of the end of the world.
