I’m really happy to welcome Katja Takala to the podcast: a mum, ultra-runner, Ironwoman, and entrepreneur. Growing up in Finland, being active outdoors was simply a way of life, and running has been part of hers since childhood. We talk about how that relationship with running has evolved through different life stages, and how it also was the foundation for building her business, Stolt Running. We dive into the importance of stepping back and looking at the bigger picture, being intentional with what we do and how we live. From training when we can to navigating social media in a world of content fatigue, to staying competitive with ourselves, to expanding the running space beyond just products..Katja is helping to shape the future of the sport both as an athlete and an entrepreneur, creating more opportunities for others to take part in meaningful ways and I can’t wait for you to hear her insights.
