Because with Hashimoto’s, it’s usually not about not knowing what to do. It’s what happens a few days or a few weeks in, when everything starts to feel like a lot and things slowly fall off.

In this episode, I’m breaking down why that happens, what actually makes something easier to stay consistent with, and what I’ve seen change when that piece is finally in place.

Because there’s a difference between something being “good for you”… and something that actually fits into your life in a way that you keep doing it.
