With over 30 years’ of professional experience, Eksteen has spent time in the consulting world. With a deep passion for team development and a belief that compassion is at the heart of all truly successful organisations, he founded Exponentially Me. “Exponentially Me” focuses on corporate wellness, empowering individuals to find and live their authentic selves in any environment whilst improving team performance.

A firm believer that people must do what makes them come alive, his talks are delivered with gusto, inspiring people to bring their authentic selves to any situation they may face.

How do you bring a resonant message in an ever-changing world? Over the last three years, as a member of the PSANL/PSASA/PSAUKI and president of the PSANL and has recently joined the Fellowship of PSAUKI, the highest grade of membership, Eksteen has studied with some of the most impactful business writers, media coaches and crises managers. He has researched what works and how to turn that into a formula that everyone can follow. He is currently adding that to his new book Geekspeak: Let the nerd in you speak up and out.
