Got Aggravation? Try this Meditation.

Got Aggravation? Try this Meditation.

Led by Asatar Bair. There is no shortage of aggravation in life; here is a meditation designed to help. In this meditation, you'll experience: how to sit, breathe, and concentrate in order to energize your heart; how to use four fundamental kinds of energy -- the Four Elements -- to bring out different qualities in yourself, applying these qualities toward a particularly aggravating person, with the aim of understanding the situation more deeply and helping you grow from it; how to use the Air Element to bring understanding of others, to widen your point of view in order to feel another person's perspective, and to find common ground; how to use the Fire Element to bring humor, passion, and the energy that lifts you up and drives you forward, exploring how this energy affects your sense of another person; how to use the Water Element to bring out grace, abundance, generosity and flow, then seeing how this affects your sense of the other person; how to use how to use the Earth Element to bring out strength, stability, and peace in your being, with the aim of creating harmony.
