D4VD's Own Team Is Running — What They Know

His defense team didn't say he was innocent. They said he "was not the cause of her death." Read that again. Not that he didn't know Celeste. Not that he wasn't there. Not that he had nothing to do with what happened. They denied causing her death — specifically, surgically, and nothing more.

David Anthony Burke sits in a Los Angeles jail without bail. A grand jury heard months of testimony and declined to indict.
