D4vd Case Part 1: The People Around David Anthony Burke and Who's Exposed

Welcome back to the D4vd case channel. This is Part 1 of our two-part legal breakdown with former felony prosecutor Eric Faddis, focused entirely on the people around David Anthony Burke. Prosecutors have reportedly said Burke did not dispose of Celeste Rivas Hernandez's remains alone. So why is Burke the only one charged? Eric walks through the legal threshold between witness and defendant, the specific cooperation-agreement language in Neo Langston's attorney statement, the multi-day grand jury testimony by Robert Morgenroth, and the conflict-of-interest problem with attorney Evan Jenness appearing to represent more than one witness in the same investigation.
