The Psychology of the Democrats (ep 330)

Both parties, but especially the Democrats, are defaulting to team competition in their quest to contribute. We talk about large social systems moving between loose and tight, open and closed. Effective systems vary these conditions based on the environment. The United States needs both the left, which is concerned with affiliation/care and the right which is concerned with achievement and conscientiousness. And effective system needs to act like a water faucet between these two, opening and closing based on the particular problem to be solved. We talk about the Virginia redistricting. And,We listen to Victor Hanson and Rahm Emanuel on the problems with the Democrats.
