Can we find Freedom in our Human Duality?

Can we find Freedom in our Human Duality?

I've always found it fascinating how our existence was shaped by what we thought was evil and what we belived was good. I discoverd it had a name 4 yrs ago: Duality. Here are my thoughts on that one.In this episode, I dive deep into the concept of yin and yang, exploring the duality within us all : the coexistence of good and bad in our daily lives. I talk about the importance of embracing our dark side, and how acknowledging contradictory thoughts or extreme shifts in perspective is completely human. I discuss how being a ''good person" is a daily choice.

I also reflect on how this acceptance frees us from expectations: both toward ourselves and others.

Finally, I connect these insights to the wisdom of the law of detachment and the balance of duality, as I share reflections from my latest article. Join me as we navigate this nuanced, complex, and ultimately liberating human experience.
