EP. 18 Habits – the good, the bad and the Elle!

If you want to change, grow, improve and achieve then this episode will get you started! Or it might even help you to stop some habits that aren’t serving you well anymore.

How do you start a good habit? There’s a system you need to learn – Jac thought she could look like Elle MacPherson if she started a certain habit… listen to learn what the habit was… and if she was successful…?

Ral has created the perfect morning ritual (using habit stacking) where she starts her day by drinking a glass of water, followed by some stretching, before having a coffee and then writing. This sets her up for her day.
Whether it be personal or professional, learning the art of the system or a set of behaviours where you get the outcome you want is key. It takes 4 things to break a habit… and the same 4 things can also help you start a good habit.
