Dr. Laila Marouf, founder and Chief Knowledge Officer of the Knowledge Mindfulness Group. After gaining a PhD in information science with a focus on knowledge management, Laila embarked on a long and successful career as a professor, researcher, consultant, and academic leader, spending two decades studying, teaching, researching and consulting in knowledge management, knowledge sharing, knowledge behavior and publishing over 35 peer-reviewed articles.

Now, Laila is embarking on a new adventure as the founder and Chief Knowledge Officer of the Knowledge Mindfulness Group, a pioneering organization dedicated to evolving and elevating leaders’ knowledge Mindfulness using the groundbreaking integrative methodology of Knowledge Mindfulness framework.
