Since joining SKS in 2006, Nate has partnered with a variety of organizations to enhance the quality of decision-making in the critical areas of selection and development of key talent. He has conducted literally thousands of leadership assessments at various levels of the leadership pipeline. Internally, Nate heads up learning and development at SKS, focusing on new consultant training and onboarding, performance management and career pathing, as well as the implementation of tech-enabled learning programs.
