Meditation Monday: Root Chakra Grounding Meditation

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.

This week we have the Taurus new moon inviting you to slow down and ground into a deeper sense of inner safety and stability. It’s a moment to come back into your body, to reconnect with the earth beneath you, and to remember that you are supported, held, and safe within yourself. So here is a root chakra meditation designed to help you anchor into that energy, restoring a feeling of calm and inner connection.❤️

Crystal for this practice: Black Tourmaline to help you feel protected, grounded, and secure in your energy.
