The company's IPO has drawn orders for more than 20 times the number of shares available, and is expected to price on May 13.

-Catarina Saraiva, Bloomberg News Federal Reserve Reporter, discusses the Bloomberg Big Take story: “Powell Exits With Legacy Built on Central Bank Independence.” Jerome Powell's term as Federal Reserve Chair ends on May 15.
