#67 - Alex & Anthony Totaro - Upscaling a Business in Your 20‘s

Alex and Anthony Totaro are the co founders and owners of one of Melbourne's fastest growing Men and Women's Bootcamp franchises - 'The Women's Bootcamp Co' and 'The Men's Bootcamp Co'.

With over 26 locations across Victoria, this incredible couple have created a friendly hub for complete beginners to feel comfortable whilst having fun and getting healthier at the same time.

You'd probably think we will be dissecting all things health, nutrition and fitness. But we barely covered anything in those areas.

They were lovely enough to host us in their beautiful new communal office space in Melbourne where we got to sit down and chat about so much including the reality behind running a hugely successful business in your twenties.

They share with us the mindset needed to stay on top of their A game when it's growing so rapidly.

We talked about the power of delegating and letting go of wanting to control everything. Especially when you created the business and it's your baby that you have grown from conception to automation.

We heard their perspective's on what happiness is and how they are both the happiest they've ever been.

And of course we had a laugh about the highs and lows of running a business as a married couple and the need for some space occasionally.
