Louis joined us alongside Gab for episode 128 when we sat down and chatted all things NineToFive Fitness and their incredible journey. But this time we sat down with just Louis as he filled us in on his incredible social media rise, all things running and of course getting up close and personal with the man behind one of Australia's favourite creators.

Louis opened up about his recent Instagram boom which has not only seen him amass over 200 thousand followers but has opened up some amazing doors including becoming a Gymshark ambassador.

Everyone who follows Louis knows he lives with two of the most polarising personalities in Melbourne in Prime Train & Anabolic Gabe. We picked his brain on what life is really like inside those 4 walls, their friendship, the tough conversations they have to have and of course how they manage to do what they do in the public eye.

We of course covered all things running and the impact Louis is making on the fitness world. He shared the 3 running tracks all Melburnian's need to tick off, the tips to actually make the process enjoyable and part of your life and his best tricks.
