#152 - Blake Manwaring - The Effect, Aftermath & Brutality of a Coward Attack

Blake Manwaring was a victim of a "coward attack" and has an amazing story. He is about to embark on a 100km run to raise awarness and stop the coward punch.

Blake was only 20 years old when we was minding his own business after a night out and was swiftly and brutally assaulted by being kicked from the chin, up, and sending him straight to hospital.

Blake shares the horrific details of his attacked and the aftermath him and his family have had to endure in the recovery process.

But even Blake admits that he's one of the lucky ones. Some victims have had their life taken from them immediately from one punch of hitting their head as they fall.

Plus, we talk about how to diffuse situations, protecting yourself and friends when things begin to escalate and the reasons why king hits and coward attacks must end.

Although this is not the typical Dos & D episode, this podcast is a powerful one with the importance of a message that should not be lost.

Whether you're in the prime of your going out days, about to become legal and do so, or a parent of some who is. No matter your age or gender, there is something in this message for everyone and something we can do to help.

So, sit back and listen to Blake Manwaring's brave and unbelievable story.
