#158 - Hugh van Cuylenburg - Meeting Heroes, Cringiest Moments & Untold Stories!

Hugh van Cuylenburg is the Founder of 'The Resilience Project', a program that reaches over 500,000 kids per year as well as huge corporate companies and sporting clubs at both grassroots and at the highest level. He is the author of smash hit books 'The Resilience Project' and 'Let Go' and is the host of the juggernaut podcast 'The Imperfects'.

We can't explain what it meant for us to meet Hugh and for him to join us on our podcast. And what an episode it is!

In the space of an hour, we covered so many topics with Hugh about his life, his passions, his family and of course the movement he has created.

From the more serious talking points about his family, parenthood, the messages he receives and where his life is now, to his love of cricket, comedy and Hamish and Andy, we got a glimpse into a more wholistic Hugh.

And speaking of Hamish and Andy, Hugh shared a couple of hilarious stories about early encounters with them which will make your skin crawl with second hand embarrassment!

He also answered the hard hitting questions like which stories he wish he never shared in his books or on his podcast. Boy did that open a can of worms! We all shared some of our most embarrassing moments we've encountered that took us to our most vulnerable state.
