Episode 24 -Sylvia Lewis on Heritage, Rooftop Gardening and Life Lessons

Sylvia Lewis is a woman I sincerely admire. She a Culturpreneur, and very involved in her New York community. She is passionate about food, art, history, truth in journalism, and gardening. She is the CEO and Founder of The Narrative Network, 119Brooklyn.com, and Auntyland. She is an accomplished Ator and Director of as well as a writer of her family immigration called "From Shanghai to Harlem"...and this is just the tip of the iceberg! Sylvia was born and raised in Harlem, NY. Her life goals at this point are quite simple - balance. Her social media contact information is as follows: Instagram: Silvera88, @sylviawonglewis, @1619Brooklyn, and @aunty_land!

Courage is the most important of all the virtues because without courage you can't practice any other virtue consistently. You can practice any virtue erratically, but nothing consistently without courage.
