Josh & Dalton take over for an honest conversation about fatherhood - with Dr Zac Seidler (Movember)

We’re doing something different today! There’s no Steph or Laura this week - instead we handed the mics to their husbands Josh & Dalton and Dr Zac Seidler - the Global Director of Men’s Health Research at Movember.

Earlier this year Movember published their ‘More Than A Provider’ report based on a survey of 1,216 Australian fathers with at least one child aged between 0-10 years old. The report examined the intersections between identity, health & health service for men as they transition to fatherhood.

In this special episode of the podcast, Zac sat down with Josh & Dalton to discuss the report and their own experiences of fatherhood, including who they can reach out to for support and how their relationships with their own fathers has impacted their parenting style.
