The version of you that exists when you slow down

In Episode 16 of the Low Carb Keto Health Podcast, Jody Bund invites listeners into a reflective conversation about the version of themselves that exists underneath the busyness, responsibilities and constant emotional noise of everyday life. She encourages listeners to think about the people, places and support structures around them, and whether these are helping them breathe, reflect and reconnect.
