Welcome back to The And Also Podcast! The girls talk honestly about their experiences with GLP-1s, the pressure to be skinny again, the confusion around body positivity online, and the exhausting mental gymnastics women go through every single day when it comes to appearance. From gaining weight, losing weight, comparing themselves to other women, and struggling with self-worth, the conversation moves between funny, heartbreaking, and painfully relatable in true And Also fashion.
