The Imposter Syndrome. What, why, how to deal with it!

The Imposter Syndrome. What, why, how to deal with it!

Imposter syndrome can be defined as a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evident success. 'Imposters' suffer from chronic self-doubt and a sense of intellectual fraudulence that override any feelings of success or external proof of their competence.

In this week's quick bite, we discuss our own experience with I.S., some of the ways we deal with it and chat about some of the dark places we can go to if we leave it unchecked.

We are not medically trained experts, however. This episode merely reflects our own experiences with I.S. If you are struggling with it, or depression in general, we urge you to seek professional advice.
