ASMR | Calming Your Panic Attack- You're Okay, Breathing, You're Not Alone #anxietyattack

Last night I suffered my first anxiety attack and it caused body zaps - something I never knew existed. They felt like electric currents running through my body and caused tremors, spasms, and chaos in my mind. It was the worst feeling in the world and something that, if you suffer from any sort of anxiety, I feel deep sorrow that you've experienced too. You should never feel alone in those moments and the only thing that helped me was to talk aloud to myself, telling myself to breath. But I couldn't catch my breath and it felt like a weight was on my chest.

The moral of this episode is - I am so deeply sorry if you've ever experienced anxiety or panic, to whatever degree. And I hope I can bring you a moment of comfort in what I knew can be a dark and traumatic experience.

We're in this together - always remember that.
