Meditation Monday: Deep Listening Meditation

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this practice as many times as you like.

This week, Mercury moves into Cancer, helping us to listen to our emotions, our intuition, our heart, and our inner world, and to really know ourselves on a deeper level. As we learn to listen more deeply within, we also develop the ability to be able to listen to others and really hear what's being said. So, for this week, let's listen. I've kept this meditation short so that you can do it every day. Commit now to showing up for yourself in this way and listening. I'll guide you in, and then I'll leave you to listen. If you notice your mind wandering at any time, just once again say to yourself, "I'm listening, I'm listening," and come back to simply listening. If you find any emotions or anything stirring, no need to judge it or give it an answer or go any deeper. Just once more, I'm listening, I'm listening..❤️
