We kick off this week with Britt calling in from Italy (hungover, again 👀) and why it took us YEARS to stop performing on camera and actually just be ourselves with our naturally low voices.

Laura had a suspicious parcel arrive at her front door. It was full of syringes, tiny vials, and one very tanned man who came to collect it. We speak about the world of Melanotan, carrot maxing, and the very real question of whether eating 20 carrots a day will make you glow.

There's a big difference, and we break it all down from the red flags that say you're rotting to why the roommate phase is actually really common, and sometimes even kind of… nice? We chat about the trenches of parenthood, feeling a little flat in your relationship and finding novelty.
