"I was in pure SURVIVAL mode" - NickyG | S01 E19 | The Sin Bin Pod

This week Nicky G tells the story of how a party crush, a lot of misplaced confidence, and zero encouragement led him into one of the most physically humiliating situations of his life. Convinced the connection was real, Nicky skips getting her number, ignores every warning sign, and decides the boldest move possible is the right one — turning up to her hot yoga class despite never having done yoga before, while coming off a heavy night of over-indulgence. What follows is a slow-motion breakdown in a mirrored room: extreme heat, zero flexibility, an ex watching from the back, the woman he’s trying to impress at the front — and Nicky collapsing halfway through with no way out while the class carries on around him.

Expect:

✔ A crush fuelled entirely by certainty and bad judgement

✔ Nicky mistaking “no encouragement” for destiny

✔ Hot yoga in a sauna-like room with zero preparation

✔ A full physical shutdown in front of 30 calm, bendy strangers

✔ Cox in the Corner: Marc tries to start an intervention

✔ Sinner or Winner: a ex's revenge versus an accidental wedding-floor headbutt — with the room deciding which chaos wins
