Getting over your EX, your Cycle & your Cooter hair

In this episode, I’m getting real about something every girl deals with but no one really prepares you for… periods and shaving during the summer.

Because let’s be honest, summer is supposed to be fun, carefree, and hot girl energy… but instead you’re dealing with razor burn, sweating on your period, cramps in the heat, and trying to figure out how to live your life comfortably through all of it.

I share some of my own experiences, including a very chaotic story from when I was younger, and all the little things I’ve learned along the way that actually make a difference. We talk about shaving routines that help prevent irritation, different hair removal options, and what’s actually worth it versus what’s not.

Then we get into periods during the summer—how to deal with cramps in the heat, why hydration matters more than you think, how to handle bloating without spiraling, and tips for staying comfortable and confident even when your body feels off.

I also talk about swimming on your period, options like tampons and period swimwear, and how to find what works best for you without feeling embarrassed or stressed.

This episode is very honest, very relatable, and just a reminder that everything you’re experiencing is normal—and you’re not the only one figuring it out as you go.
