Growing up in a faith-based household, Alana reflects on her evolving relationship with spirituality and what it was like becoming the first person in her family to seek therapy. She opens up about anxiety and how EMDR helped her process childhood experiences that continue to shape her life today.

Together, they dive into vulnerability, family expectations, and the courage it takes to build a life that feels authentic.
