GUILTY in the "Tooth in the Ashes," an OnlyFans Sentencing in a Fatal Fetish Death, a Father on Trial for a Birthday Boat Crash

In Wisconsin, a Dodge County jury has convicted Zachariah Rasch, 44, of first-degree intentional homicide and a corpse-related count in the death of his estranged wife, Crystal Rasch, 37 — the case known as the "tooth in the ashes," after a tooth and skull fragments matched to her were found in a burn pit on his property. He claimed she shot herself; the jury rejected it in about two hours. Sentencing is set for July 21. In Vista, California, OnlyFans creator Michaela Rylaarsdam has been sentenced to four years in county jail after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the suffocation death of Michael Dale, 55, who repeatedly asked her to stop during a paid fetish encounter. And in Miami, George Pino, 55, stands trial for manslaughter and vessel homicide in the 2022 Biscayne Bay boat crash that killed 17-year-old Lucy Fernandez at his daughter's birthday party; he has pleaded not guilty and is presumed innocent as the trial continues.
